GRANT APPLICATION

 

All grant applicants must complete the following application components.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

 

STEP 1:     LETTER OF INTENT

A letter of intent is required prior to submitting a grant request.

It must only be one page in length.

 

CHECKLIST

Letter of Intent must include:

  • organization name, address, and phone number
  • name and title of contact person, with phone and email
  • amount requested
  • mission statement
  • project description (including specific dates project will take place)
  • anticipated results of project or program
  • IRS tax exemption letter attached

 

Deadlines: 

LOIs must be hand delivered or postmarked on or before March 31st . You will be notified within 10 days after the LOI deadline date if a full grant proposal is requested. Notification will be made by email, please make sure your contact information is current and accurate so that we are able to notify you.
