Scholarships

The Greater Tacoma Community Foundation’s scholarship funds provide assistance for students seeking tuition at vocational, two-year, or four-year colleges or universities accredited in the United States. Scholarship recipients are chosen by the particular scholarship selection committee. Eligibility requirements and application contact information vary for each scholarship.

The Greater Tacoma Community Foundation is grateful to the generous donors who have established over 80 scholarship funds for students in the Tacoma-Pierce County community. During our 2008 Fiscal Year, the Community Foundation disbursed more than $242,000 in scholarship awards to area students.
