* Leverage systems to educate and build skills, moving people towards self reliance and family sustainability
Indicator: Individuals build job skills to gain and secure livable employment Indicator: Families provide for their own financial health, basic needs, and family stability

Because we believe a healthy community invests in the future by fostering a passion for learning, we fund programs that encourage:

* Learning readiness at seminal stages of growth and development Indicator: Children birth through 12th grade meet developmental milestones

Because we believe a healthy community has deep appreciation for the natural environment, we fund programs that foster:
